Stephen Crane
Attorney

Stephen’s legal practice focuses on wills, probate, and guardianships. Prior to establishing Crane Law Firm in 2017, Stephen served as Associate General Counsel and as a faculty member in the College of Business at Dallas Baptist University. Previously, he was an Assistant District Attorney for Lubbock County and practiced civil litigation in Arlington.

 

Stephen completed his law degree with honors at Southern Methodist University after earning his MBA and Bachelor of Arts degrees at Dallas Baptist University.

 

Stephen and his wife, Amanda, grew up in Midlothian and are proud to call this city home.

Richard Nassar
Law Firm Administrator

Richard was previously at Dallas Baptist University where he held multiple roles including Program Director in the Graduate School of Business, Director of Admissions and Assistant VP for Graduate Affairs. Richard received his Masters in Management from Dallas Baptist University.

Richard and his wife Michella live in Duncanville with their two children and are members at First Baptist Church Duncanville in Cedar Hill.

Christopher O'Teter
Paralegal

Prior to working at Crane Law Firm in 2018, Chris was a student at Dallas Baptist University while also working full time in various positions for the Vice President of Financial Affairs and the Vice President of Graduate Programs. During his college career he started multiple student organizations, assisted teaching college karate and kick boxing classes, served as the Vice President for the Midlothian Lions Club, and opened a remodeling business.

 

Chris received his degree in Master of Business Administration with Presidential honors in 2018 while being inducted into the Texas Business Hall of Fame for Scholars. He currently resides in Midlothian with his wife.
